Two investigators from the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) are being deployed to Thompson following an emergency landing last night.
A Perimeter Metroliner aircraft was involved in the incident, which according to Perimeter VP Carlos Castillo, happened at 7:30pm.
The RCMP were called just after 8:00pm, and Thompson Fire and EMS were already on scene when they arrived.
There was no one on board, other than two pilots, for the re-position flight. A re-positioning flight is when an airline moves a plane from one airport to another.
No one was injured, though there was damage to the plane. Both pilots were brought to Thompson General Hospital as a precaution.
The aircraft was inbound from God's River.
The investigation is ongoing, and more information will be passed along as it becomes available.
