Chemawawin RCMP executed a Controlled Drug and Substances Act warrant on a residence in the reserve.

The search of the residence resulted in police seizing cocaine, drug trafficking paraphernalia and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Scott John Clayton Ethier, and Sanuye Susan Sanderson, both of Winnipeg, were arrested and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine and Possession of Proceeds of Crime.

Both Ethier and Sanderson have been remanded into custody and will appear in The Pas Provincial Court.

Randall Traverse, 37, of Winnipeg was also arrested during the incident for breaching conditions of his court order to abide by a curfew.

 A warrant of arrest has been issued for Trina Roseanne Walker, of Chemawawin for Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine.
