A recent local music video will get some screen time at this year's Winnipeg Aboriginal Film Festival.
The music video and song called 'When the Dust Settles' which was performed by a youth group in Oxford House, and featured Thompson's very own Charlene Weenusk, will be screened at the festival.
Weenusk was part of a group who wrote the song and made the music video about the difficulties of living on an isolated reserve. The company who produced the song and video, N'We Jinan, will have two of their projects shown at the three day event.
The Aboriginal Film Festival will run from November 24th to 27th.
