Next week the City of Thompson will celebrate Small Business Week and the Chamber of Commerce has chosen a few events that you can attend.
It all starts off at the City Council meeting on Monday when there will be a presentation during the meeting of council.
On Tuesday there is a small business workshop at UCN for UCN business students at 1:30PM.
Wednesday will have a social media conference at the Meridian Hotel at noon.
Thursday will cap the week off at the Riverlodge Place when vice-president of Vale Manitoba Mark Scott speaks about the closing of the refinery and smelter in 2018. MLA Kelly Bindle and Chief Marcel Moody will also be there for presentations. Start time is at 6:30PM.
