72 runners and walkers went on a 4 and a half kilometre jaunt to raise funds for the Terry Fox Foundation on Sunday afternoon.

Community members including the full teams of the Norman Northstars and the Norman Wild raised funds and ran or walked the loop that started and finished at the TRCC and went through Westwood Drive.

An early estimate of money raised was calculated at $3087.40 which was down from last year's event.

MLA for Thompson Kelly Bindle made an appearance at the event and gave a speech before the run where he included many quotes from Terry Fox during his 1980 run across Canada.
