The Gutsy Walk is Canada’s largest community event that raises funds for Crohn’s and colitis research.
Happening across Canada on June 7th, organizer Dave Moore tells us how people can participate in Thompson: "If you want to get involved with that you can give me a call on my cell 204-679-5732. It starts at noon, if you show up a little early I can get you registered. People should actually phone me ahead of time to get a pledge form, and you can go out and can get some pledges. As long as you raise $100 you will be able to get a prize and join in the BBQ".
The 2km walk starts at 103 Cree Road.
