About 100 RD Parker students are getting primped and pampered today as they get ready for their prom.

Parent Prom Committee Chairperson, Sharon Kemp says the public can stop by the event too:

"7-9pm the public is welcome to come through, and it always draws a big huge crowd. We have people who have done this for you know, 20 years straight, throughout the community and its always a nice time, it’s a nice evening cause you see lots of people".

The prom is being held at the RD Parker gym.

This year’s theme is “A Night to Sparkle”.
