New services have been rolled out in Northern Manitoba for cancer patients.

Cancer Navigation Services will provide cancer patients with access to a community engagement liaison, a nurse navigator, and psychosocial oncology counsellor.

The services are a direct result of In Sixty- Manitoba's Cancer Patient journey initiative aimed to get patients from suspicion of cancer, through diagnosis, and to their first treatment faster-in sixty days or less- and to do so in a way that also provides a smoother experience for patients.
